One was giving me trouble and I would just say it dosn't work.  Perhaps it could be the last firmware upgrade?  I believe it was number (mac Address) B6.  The rest worked fine last time I used them.  One disc is included - version 1.  All have had their firmwares updated approximately July 2008.  Any other software or firmware may be downloaded at Linksys here: http://www.linksysbycisco.com/US/en/support/WRE54G.  All show normal signs of use - scuffing.
