I guess I should probably introduce myself.  My name is G.K. and we are doing a project where we take an occupation and learn all about it.  We also interviewed somebody in the profession.  If you haven't already learned I did O.T.  To tell you the truth I found out after that this is not something I want to spend the rest of my life doing, but here is a description so you can decide for yourself!!!!

O.T.-Helps people with mentally, physically, developmentally, or emotionally disabling conditions to develop, recover, or maintain daily living and work skills.   Teaches skills and the use of tools to restore clients' movement and coordination.  It tests the abilities of patients, sets goals for them, and plans therapy programs.
