Domino's Pizza, the World's Largest Pizza Delivery Company, is looking for exceptional people. We are accepting applications from individuals who are looking for a first or second job. Delivery Drivers: Delivery drivers have one of the most critical duties within our organization. They are the face of Domino's Pizza in the eyes of the customer. As such, they should have the minimum requirements:

• Be over the age of 18
• Have two or more years driving experience
• Appear professional at all times
• Have strong people skills
• Be able to make change and handle cash
• Be neat and clean
• Have a clean (not perfect) driving record
• Have a reliable vehicle with insurance (at least liability)

In addition to delivering pizzas, drivers also aid in the preparation of food, take phone and carry out orders, maintain store cleanliness and support the team environment.Our delivery drivers typically earn between $10 and $15 per hour ($20,000 to $30,000 or more per year) with no experience necessary. We will provide the right candidate with complete on the job training.

Customer Service Representatives: Our customer service representatives (CSRs) are the first contact our customers have with our store. CSRs should have the following minimum qualifications:

• Appear professional at all times
• Have strong people skills
• Be able to make change and handle cash
• Be able to handle several small tasks at a time
• Be able to answer phones and take orders on a simple computer system

In addtion to taking phone and carry our orders, a CSR is also responsible for food preparation, maintain store cleanliness and support the team environment. Experience is preferred but not necessary. An inexperienced CSR's starting wage is $6.75 per hour with complete on the job training (yearly wages can be between $15,000 and $20,000 or more with no prior experience).

Management: A CSR or Delivery Driver is the first step in our Management Training Program as well. All Domino's Pizza Franchisees began as either a CSR or Delivery Driver before becoming a Domino's Pizza owner.
