Merlin, My First Beardie
This is Merlin (Moor's End William Bradford, HIC) at about 4 months of age. He was my very first Beardie, and this is the only photo I have of him. He was a handsome, sweet blue boy who wasn't too keen on conformation showing, but he had good herding instinct and showed some interest in agility equipment, the one time he had a chance to climb on an A-frame.
Sadly, Merlin went to the Bridge in 1991 after a tragic accident. At least he's in good company there, now that Duncan and Cadence have gone on as well.
