Honey Peanut Cookies

Yield: 30 Servings
- 2 Cups Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 Cup Oatmeal (Quick Oats)
- 1/4 Cup Wheat Germ
- 1/2 Cup Honey
- 4 Tablespoons Margarine, softened
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 Cup Chopped Peanuts
- 1 Egg, beaten
Preheat oven to 375 ° F. Combine flour, wheat germ, salt, and peanuts. Cut in margarine, then stir in egg and honey. Roll into ball, and add water if needed. Roll on floured surface to 1/2” thick. Cut into shapes or slice with a knife into bars, and place on greased baking sheet. Bake 20 min., cool, and store in airtight container.
