The Theory is that your Feet reflect the Body
Reflexology is an
ancient technique of applying pressure to reflex points of the feet and hands.
Reflexology has been credited with improving circulation and lowering
body stress. Each foot has over 7,000 nerve endings, 26 bones, 107 ligaments,
and 19 muscles. A typical treatment includes applying pressure to specific
areas that correspond to parts of the body. This type of therapy creates a
physiological change in the body by naturally improving circulation which
reduces body stress.
