The * Frilond * Campaign

Here are a few useful tools that make planning and running AD&D adventures much easier. Two of these are adapted from systems designed by Frank Mentzer for the D&D game.

2e AD&D Tools
- Balancing Encounters. A useful calculus for estimating the impact of encounters.

- Adventure Planning Method. A free-form method to gauge experience point awards: simple, flexible, logical.
- Power Attack Calculator. Finds the best Power Attack bonus across a range of ACs.
- Placement of Evard's Black Tentacles. A handy tool to help resolve this tricky spell.
- 3E XP Calculator. A JavaScript calculator to convert AD&D experience points into D&D 3E XP.
- Equipment/Challenge Rating Calculator. This estimates the impact of equipment on a creature's challenge rating.

Frilond Currency Converter. A JavaScript tool to convert D&D gold piece values into Frilond terms of exchange and Purchase DCs.
