Knickerbocker Lake Cottages is located on a beautiful lake in the Boothbay Region on the coast of Maine. Boothbay Harbor is well known as one of the premier boating centers along the New England coast. You may spend your time exploring secluded coves, browsing among the many little shops in the Harbor, or taking advantage of the numerous scenic cruises or sport fishing trips available. There are many fine restaurants where you can enjoy fresh Maine seafood. Our three cottages are in a private wooded area on a secluded end of the lake. We have a roomy central grassy area, a sandy beach ideal for swimming, rowboats, and a canoe that you may use for fishing (bass and trout) or exploring other parts of the lake. It's about a one mile walk or ride to the center of Boothbay Harbor. Some things nearby you may enjoy are; golf, tennis, art galleries, craft shops, museums, ocean beaches, and sailing.

WHITE CABIN - 2 bedrooms (1 double & 2 single beds) - screened porch and open deck on water's edge - tub/shower - - - $700.00 per/wk + $49.00 State Sales Tax

BROWN CABIN - 1 bedroom w/double bed (plus small bunk room w/single bed) - wood stove - open deck on water's edge - large stall shower - separate bunk house w/double bed available (add $100.00/wk+$7.00 St.Sales Tax) - - $700.00 per/wk + $49.00 State Sales Tax

CHESUNCOOK - (log cabin) combination living room/bedroom w/1 double bed separated by a half wall - screened porch - stall shower - Franklin fireplace - - - - - - - - - - - $500.00 per/wk + $35.00 State Sales Tax

(REDUCED RATES IN ALL CABINS FIRST 2 WEEKS IN JULY AND LAST 2 WEEKS IN AUGUST,PLUS FURTHER REDUCTIONS IN JUNE AND SEPTEMBER)

Please note: - In the kitchen you will find: a coffee maker, a toaster, dishes, pots & pans and utensils (for cooking and eating). We do not provide paper goods. All cottages have a microwave except for Chesuncook. We have a gas grill that you may use. Each cottage has a fold-out living room couch. We do not provide linens; please bring your own sheets, pillow cases and towels (pillows and blankets/comforters are provided). We do not have TVs. These are housekeeping cottages and we ask that you please leave the cottage as clean as you found it.

RESERVATIONS: Cottages are available on a weekly basis from April through October (off-season rates available). Check-in time is 2 PM on Saturday and check-out time is 11 AM the following Saturday. A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation, with the entire balance to be paid in full by 30 days prior to your stay. After we recieve your deposit we will send you a confirmation and map with directions................................................
