All cabins include dock or mooring for boat, TV, blankets and pillows, full kitchen (pots, pans, utensils, dinnerware, microwave, coffee maker). Cabins have electric heat and town water.
Deposit: 1/2 of the total rate is required to hold cabin, balance will be due upon arrival.
**** Effective June 2005, a 7% lodging tax will be added to rental rates ****
Cancellations: Deposits will only be refunded if cabin is re-rented.
Refund amount will be less 20% service fee on total rental price.
Children under 12 must be supervised on the waterfront.
