Elvis is actually Sylvane's 89 year old father, Joe Bulger. Sylvane made his Elvis costume and organized the event for the annual Halloween Party at Goudreau's Retirement Inn. Joe's daughters Susanne Bilodeau and Sylvane Pontin and his Grand daughter Elise Poulliot are the beehive wearing fans.
