Jerry CrimsonPaw

Convert, formerly the Lumberjack Fudd, Gerard Tondreau. He has fully embraced the fluffy way and was chosen by the various buns Down East (and a little influence from outside sources) to become commander of fluffy forces within Maine after the death of Browny CrimsonPaw in December, 1998. His pelt is peppery grey with crimson streaks in his forepaws--the CrimsonPaw 'birthmark'. He is slightly on the large side for a devilbunny. He has sired one litter of five with FluffyTeacher of Denverwarren (January 2000). For now, all five have chosen to remain at Denverwarren. As of the last time this site was last updated, the Fudds still are unaware of his human/Fudd background as they assume Gerard is dead.

Gus CrimsonPaw

The top ranking milbun in Maine, Gus has a brown and white pelt with crimson streaks in his forepaws. Though his warren, Bowsbuck Warren, is in far Western Maine, he still reports to Jerry. Gus heavily influenced the decision to place Jerry in charge despite his Fudd background. With the help of buns at Kingdom Warren (Disney/Fuzzy Bunny), he has personally seen to Jerry's brainwash^H^H^H^H^H^H^H^H^Htraining Gus has adopted Jerry as his brother. In March of 2001, Gus was injured in a surprise attack that destroyed his warren. As of the last update to this website he remains in a deep comma. The survivors of his warren have resettled in eastern Maine.

Browny CrimsonPaw

Deceased, Browny was the former commander of DEWComm from 1996-97 and fall of 1998. He had a brown pelt with crimson streaks in his forepaws and was Gus' brother.

Cookie Lightclaws

Famous devilbunny chef with a soft grey pelt, who has written several cookbooks and has toured North America extensively promoting her books. She serves as DEWComm's head cook when she is home. In early 2002, she was the challenger chef on the Japanese BunTV series, Fluffy Chef.

Mentat Blackberry

Jetblack pelt buck, chief research mentat at DEWComm, he has written extensive papers on his work in severed paw reattachment and conversion, especially in Jerry's case as Jerry had to be converted through a combination of HLV, immune system depressors (to override the antibunnies in his system) and nanites.

RazorClaw

Former commander of DEWComm 1997-98. Now in charge of Ellswarren and Acadia National Park. Written by Alex Jansen.

LT Flatpaw

A snowshoe hare who was Browny's 2nd in command. He is a survivor of the AWF's purging of the no-fluff-zone, originating from Ipswich Warren (NH), which no longer exists. He is also a veteran of most of the offenses launched against the Maine Fudds since mid-'96. After Gus' injury in 2001, Jerry assigned him in charge of the Maine Bun militia forces.

Counselor Downyfluff

Psychologist bun/observer from Florida assigned to work with Jerry by Fuzzy Bunny (written by MJ Howard) of KingdomWarren (Disney/Florida). Who knows who she's truly loyal to. She returned to KingdomWarren in the fall of 1999.

Cherryblossom

DEWComm's head of human sympathizer relations.

Taffy

The head bunny at Whitneywarren. She had helped match-up Jerry to the Haynes when Jerry had first arrived in the Machias area.

Robert Haynes

Until the spring of 1999, Foreman of Disney Assemble-at-home operations Down East. One of Jerry's 'pet' humans. Converted into a jet-black buck in the fall of 1999 and soon moved to KingdomWarren for 'special' training. Returned to DEWComm in 2001 and now serves as liason between KingdomWarren and DEWComm.

Kristina Haynes

Robert's late human wife, who was loyal to the fluffy cause. She was killed in auto collision with a wandering moose on Maine's Airline (Rt 9) May, 1999.

Mariel Haynes

Daughter of Robert and Kristina. She lost her left foot in a freak haying 'accident' and had to wear a prosthesis. Jerry was her pet bunny and best friend when she was human. She converted in the summer of 1999 and is a very happy taffy brown doe with a real left rear paw. Jerry served as her guardian in her father's absence. She's now studying symp relations in bunny college.
