| On Golden Pond, the novel (and resulting Oscar winning film) was based on the mailboat on Great Pond, Belgrade, Maine (but the film was done in New Hampshire, go figure). It was closing day at Boy Scout Camp Bomazeen today and I had volunteered to help out. Buzzy tagged along, but instead of helping the scouts, he went to the beach, caught some rays, and went for a swim. <SARCASM>Thanks for the help, Buzzy!</SARCASM> |
