ICE OUT SEBAGO.......
With the good amount of ice on the main bay, many thought the ice out would be late.
With over 15" of ice still on the big bay in mid April.
Then on the 22nd, we hit around 80 deg.
Then on the 24th, we hit close to 90 deg!!!!.
By the end of that day, the ice could not hold together with such heat.
April 24th became the recorded date of ice out for the main bay .*******

HOT HOT!......
We had two heat waves this summer.
And from May thru August we hit 90 deg. (or higher) 15 times.
It was a much warmer season.!!*******


JULY MADNESS
We had a heat wave from 23rd to 25th.
We had dime sized hail on the 10th. And heavy rain on the 11th (3/4" in 10 mins.)
Then on the 12th, Naples received marble sized hail in places.********


ONE HOT DAY THEN ONE WILD WILD STORM!!!!!......
After reaching 98 F in Sebago on August 9th, we had bad storms roll thru the area.
The strong storms went thru the area in the evening.
Very heavy winds took down small trees and snapped branches.

Power was knocked out in several areas.
After the rain/wind & thunder stopped, it was cleanup time!!!!!!!.

WATER TEMP
The warmest water temp. in Sebago was 79 deg. (within 2 feet)
which came on August 6th - 8th.
Most of the readings in early July were only in the upper 60's and low 70's.
Then as the warmer weather came, Sebago did warm up..
