General Info.

We cannot accept registrations by phone. If you call , we can reserve a space in the class for you, but , if we do not receive your registration and payment within 5 days we do not guarantee you will be able to take the class. You are considered registered for a class when we receive your payment and form. We will not contact you unless there is a problem or we have to cancel the class.

REFUND POLICY
A full refund will be issued if the class is cancelled for insufficent enrollment or other reasons.

If you cancel prior to the first class a 100% refund will be issued; If you cancel after the first class and before the second class a 50% refund will be issued (except classes that are only one or two evenings in length)

Materials and Supply fees for classes are non-refundable.

STORM POLICY
Adult Ed. classes will NOT be held if day school has been cancelled.

If we need to cancel class after 2:00 pm due to weather conditions, it will be announced on the following stations:

WGAN (56 AM)

WMTW (870 & 1470AM; 106.7FM)

WMTW (Ch 8)

WCSH (Ch 6)

WGME (Ch 13)
