Here's an interesting article about campus service workers at Harvard. I'd like to see the book when it comes out.

Wouldn't it have been wonderful if someone had done a photo essay on the St. Johns dining hall... with a great big photo of you in that horrible tee-shirt. And maybe a shot of Wiz eyeing the servers.
