After seeing that picture of City Dock on Seth's page I went hunting for more and found these. Wow.

I didn't like Annapolis either... but I do feel bad for the store owners.

I don't love the bars or the tshirt shops, but I do love Annapolis and, even though I know they have insurance, it still made me cry.

Do they have insurance? I remember when eastern NC flooded a few years ago, many people didn't have flood insurance, since it wasn't included in the policies on their houses and businesses. It would seem dumb to own property 50 yards from the Chesapeake Bay and not have some kind of flood insurance, but I know nothing about it.
