Ok. Riddle me this one. I turned the player texture detail up in UT, as a lark. The game is now running at a HIGHER frame rate. Huh? I had the level detail at high... maybe the game doesn't like loading really small and really big textures at once? Dunno.

Ok, back to the blasting.

I'd really like to know why there are so many versions of the Blackbox window manager. I mean, you have Fluxbox, Openbox, and now Hackedbox!.

That last one really confuses me. I had no idea people needed a LIGHTER Blackbox.

I must say... you're all starting to freak me out just a bit.

That's all.

I should say more... the article is sort of about how St. John's Annapolis seems to be getting more straight-laced these days. I can't comment on this, really. It wasn't really my experience, but then I'm not the best person to ask.

I'm not sure if anyone noticed, but in the April 18 issue of the Washington Post's Maryland section there's an article about St. John's. It mentions Mr. Fahey, amongst others. It was written by Nelson Hernandez.

Mmmm.... pizza plus iced tea plus goofy Liz who won't talk to me because she's reading. It's all good.

I ordered this pizza online. That was strange.

Ok. Two things:

1. Mozblog has some... issues. I don't recommend it at the moment. Actually, I don't think I've ever installed anything into Mozilla that hasn't exploded it.

2. My blog is totally schizo at this point. If you see, say, posts out of order, or a little screaming on-fire man, just take it in stride.

Is anyone else scared that has a compression scheme? Will Remi be losslessly compressed, or will he be kinda frankensteinish when we unpack him? Tune in next time on Mystery Theatre.

Uough. Too much work. Too little time. I felt really really unmotivated today. I need a hobbie or something.

Of course, then I broke out the Unreal Tournament. Aaah, yes.

My favorite review on Four Letter Film Review: "Two wizards breakdancing." Although now that I think about it, that's only three words.

Eeeg, I have to stop. It's way too easy to blog using this thing.

Overhead on a random website forum:

"What the hell?! How am I supposed to look like a badass hacker when my shady techno theme music skips?"

Most of this article is pretty normal. Then you get to the section "The (Tuning) Fork in the Road " and it's like, whaaaaaaaaat? Yes, ladies and gentlemen, I present to you the BSA!

This is a test of Mozblog.

Testy,testy.

Ok, some comments on Spiderman:

1. Sam Raimi just can't help being himself, can he? It's beautiful.

2. I still don't like Kirsten whatever. She's yicky. She looks like she's actually two thousand years old, but drinks the blood of the innocents every third tuesday so she will remain forever young. Or something.

3. God that Goblin costume was awful. The glider was spot on, though.

4. I think Willem Dafoe is actually scarier than the Green Goblin.

5. Jonah Jameson, eh? Ya damn right!

We went and saw Spiderman this weekend... it was good. I'm too tired to comment further.

Whoa, I woke up in a foul mood this morning. Today should be interesting...
