What we can do for you:

Much of the time we will need to dig beneath the structure to make room for the steel beams as well as for our blocking cribs (the wood support structures).

The building is then raised by a unified jacking system; all the jacks are raised simultaneously. Some buildings are raised with airbags. These resemble pillows that are slipped beneath the structure and inflated with air.

The building can then be rolled on rollers or slid on steel beams away from the existing foundation.

Some folks prefer to have a new foundation formed in the same spot as the old foundation, others need the building moved away from the main road or their (neighbor's) property line, or even off the property entirely!

Should the building move across the road we obtain the necessary D.O.T. permits and State Police escorts.
