Building owners responsibility:

Sign and return our proposal to schedule a starting date.

And then, as stated on the proposal:

1. Obtain any permits requiredby your local municipality to move a building

2. Disconnect and reconnect utilities

(ie. Electricity, Telephone, Cable T.V. Water, Propane)

3. Trim trees, shrubs, bushes when necessary

4. Provide center supports for frost walls and full foundations, or support material for posts.

5. Frost walls and full foundations will need to have rectangular shaped pockets formed in the top of the walls. As the structure is lowered on the foundation these bond outs provide a necessary place for the steel beams. Later, this bond out can be a window, or can be filled in with cement.
