A brief description of what we do: steel beams are placed as support beneath the building. The building can then be raised to allow for excavation and construction of a new foundation. It can also be slid or rolled on the beams, or attached to wheels and truck and moved to a new site.
Steel beams support this barn. Wood blocking cribs keep the barn level as it is raised. A shorter set of blocking will be made near the yellow crane. Sliding steel will be set to allow the barn to be moved sideways to its new frost wall.

This home was raised to make a new "first " story.

Beam pockets, or bond outs are needed to be built into the foundation to allow room for the building to be lowered onto the new foundation.
We tell our clients to place a glass of water on their table before their building is moved. We can guarantee it will still be full when the move is done. That is how smoothly our unified jacking system will raise your building.
We will find a way, or make one to bring your house, cottage, barn, or any two ended building, to a new home.
