The cottages are built in the style of the era -- exposed full dimension rough-cut pine framing with pine floors. The buildings are spacious with large screened porches. The dark wood interior has been complimented by the addition of skylights and modern lighting. New and cheerful furniture and window schemes opening to inspiring ocean views complete the vacation atmosphere. In addition the bathrooms and kitchens have been totally renovated to contemporary levels of comfort and standards.

The three bedroom/two story cottage has a total of 1250 sq. ft. and sleeps up to eight people. One two bedroom/single story cottage has a total of 770 sq.ft.**, while the other has a total of 640 sq. ft. Both 2 BR cottages sleep up to six adults.

*, ** The larger two bedroom cottage only has heat in the 2 bedrooms and bathroom. The living room has a
fireplace. This cottage is also accessed by a flight and one-half of stairs. The 3BR cottage is fully heated.
