Somewhere in the late '70's an electrical company, a semiconductor manufacturer, and a process control company asked Jean to take on some speciaized projects. Pretty tough with a regular job. So, he quit and took the contracts. Since then he's returned to a regular job (no one knows why) but does do consulting from time to time.
