Shirley Adams, Episcopal Church Women President
The Episcopal Church Women meet most Wednesdays following the Healing Service.
They work on crafts for their two fairs and sort donated articles for several
rummage sales held throughout the year. These events raise the money necessary
for all of their outreach projects. They also keep the kitchen and bathrooms
stocked and assist in paying the utilities of the church. Their network forms
the backbone of service in our church community.

Daughters of the King
Good Shepherd has supported the founding of a small, dedicated chapter of The Daughters of the King. The chapter’s long-range goal is to initiate a junior chapter for pre-teen to young adults.
The daughters in the photograph are (from left to right) Betty Jennison, Ivy
Berry, Mary Hopson, Vita Grennen, and Barbara Meservey. Missing from the
photo are Bertha Haines and Ana Wetherill.
The members of the Altar Guild find joy in their service of polishing, ironing and arranging. They are a patient, loving and faithful force behind the flow of worship at Good Shepherd.
