


Glazed Chicken
1 lb boneless breast of chicken (cut into small cubes)
4 oz Glaze ( Sage or Crabapple work best)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 small onion chopped
In a heavy skillet sautee chicken in olive oil over medium heat
, simmer app. 10 minutes.
Add chopped onions simmer 10 minutes more. Add Glaze, turn heat to
high for 3 minutes, stir to prevent burning, until slightly brown,
cover remove from heat, let set a few minutes.
Serve over brown rice or pasta.
