PUMPKIN CARVING

&

ISLAND GHOST SRORIES

October 29th, 2004

Everyone brought their own pumpkins to carve and dove into the creative mode. The parents helped open the pumpkins and get the kids started with cleaning out the seeds. They moved right into designing their pumpkins. Moms, grandmothers and friends helped with the completion of the holiday master pieces.

As you can see the pumpkins came out wonderfully.

While the children were carving pumpkins, Sarah Prescott took the children grades 3 and up into the teen room and told spooky island ghost stories.  After she had them shaking in their shoes she brought them back and told some more spooky stories to the 2nd graders and under.  Every one had a great time.

Thank you Sarah

And to all who came and had a great time.

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!
