Husky Treats

This recipe came from Christine Smith, who sent it on after visiting the treats pages on this Web site. Christine's two Siberians love this treat, and it sure gives them something to look forward to during a long day!

Christine says...

You can place this mixture in either a Kong or a clean, sterilized marrow bone.

Take 1 cup of their regular dry dog food or biscuits.
Grind in a food processor or with a meat tenderizer.
Take the resulting treat bits and add 1/2 cup peanut butter.
Place mixture in a Kong or marrow bone. In the summer you can freeze it for 1/2 hour to get it nice and cool for your pups.
