SREA is a locally owned corporation created in 1887 to build distinctive commercial buildings in downtown Bath. Since those early days, the company has continued to participate fully in the business and social life of Bath. SREA has continually maintained its buildings and today commercial rents are available with modern technology supplied in premises with a "turn of the century" ambiance.

SREA also renovated the interior of a former YMCA building to provide apartments with views of the river.

SREA's maintenance crews are on the premises daily and cheerfully respond to tenant requests.
