It is Imperative that you bring with you all your Home specs: House or Room size you want to heat; wall size and insulation value; ceiling insulation value; windows (old-new, drafty or tight); what you have for heat now and why you are dis-satisfied with it; what you are trying to accomplish with a New Heater; whether you want to heat with Gas (LP / Natural) or Kerosene (K-1, #1 or #2); we have NO used heaters - the liability to me and you is too much!; that you have checked with other dealers for an In-home Estimate and Written Prices on their Letterhead so we can compare (I do NOT work blind!); Why that Dealer suggested the Heater he did (maybe he sells lots of High-Profit LP and wants to sell you a Gas Heater (that's a surprise) - Remember: K-1/Oil is still your BEST Heating Value unless a Gas Heater is what you have your heart set on and then Rinnai is the BEST in the world; Check with Codes to see what they will allow.

After all of that

...We can quickly sort out the Best Heater for your needs and not fool around wasting your time (or Kitty's!).
