Many of you have asked 'What's the difference between using Gas and K-1/Oil Heaters?' - Here are the Answers:

• Gas Heating is much cleaner than K-1/Oil Heating;

• There is never a Kerosene Smell or Dangerous Environmental Tank or Fitting Leak with Gas Heating;

• Your Rinnai Natural Gas or LP Gas Heater will NOT soot -up like the Monitor Heater so you will not have shut-down problems and expensive emergency service calls;

• You are NOT subject to water-contaminated K-1/Oil deliveries which ruin the heater = big $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ Repairs;

• No water build-up in the tank or filter in the winter causing Freeze-ups and therefore Difficult and Costly Service-Calls and Repairs as with K-1/Oil Heaters just when you need the heater MOST;

• The Rinnai Heater NEVER requires Repeated $100-200 yearly cleanings like the Monitor, or $600-750 Rebuilds every few years like Al's Heating and hundreds of other Servicers MUST do to get the Monitor Heater back working properly (of course with Al's Heating...Our Re-builds have Up-graded Parts and Proprietary Techniques ).

One 'HVAC Internet Dealer' strongly recommends' that you have your Rinnai Heater 'Professionally Installed' - ARE THEY NUTS ???

The way most Installers rape the homeowner it usually costs you between $400-1000 to have the Plumber or Gas Company do this simple job that you can do (it's always nice to have a friend to help) of cutting a 3" hole in the wall; inserting the vent; running the 1/2" soft-copper tubing to the heater from the tank (depending on Codes) and that is all there is to it. Then the Gas Company will send a man to hook up each end and pressure test the system for usually $75-100...NOT $400-1000!

These greedy Installers want to make this seem like some kind of magic when in reality it is just hokey-pokey on their part to lift your wallet right out of your pants - Don't let them do it !

No Rinnai Repair Video Needed !

Unlike other Heaters...The Rinnai's need no Major service or Re-builds and that is why we are are NOT producing a Video for them - how wonderful...:)

Please do NOT call if you are looking for an UN-VENTED gas heater as that is NO different than putting all your family into your garage, shutting all the doors, starting up your car and then laying them down for a very long and permanent sleep - Good Luck!

More and more States are making Un-vented Heaters ILLEGAL as they are in fact dangerous to the Health of you, your family, your pets, etc. ALL un-vented heaters emit toxic fumes, vapors, bad odors, stain the walls, ceilings and drapes. The excess moisture emitted into the house with an un-vented heater can cause severe mold and mildew problems. If you want to buy an UN-vented heater, you should first put your hand in your pants to see how small your brain is!!!

I have been getting more and more calls from people who unsuspectingly were sold Un-vented heaters by idiot money-grubbing retailers. They have had gallons of water and moisture exhausted into the house by indoor combustion; fumes and odors; sore throats and coughing; mold and mildew problems; and very poor heating performance - Don't be one of these sorry ones - ONLY purchase a Rinnai Vented Gas Heater!
