CONSTRUCTION
High performance cored composite construction using Gougeon Pro Set Epoxy Resin, woven and unidirectional e-glass fibers with unidirectional carbon fiber reinforcement, and ATC Core Cell structural foam core.
Components are vacuum bagged and heat cured in the mold following Gougeon's recommendations.
FINISH
AWLGRIP linear polyurethane marine finish.
ROWING EQUIPMENT
- Tholepins, custom machined 9/16th inch prop shaft grade stainless steel.
- Sliding seats,cored composite open water seat pattern, custom machined Delrin wheels with stainless steel bushings and bearings, stainless steel track.
- Stretcher fittings, custom snap in stretcher fittings.
OTHER ITEMS STANDARD
Delrin tie-down grommets fore and aft, Anderson/Elvestrom stainless steel bailers, Guzzler bilge pump, cored composite rudder with quick release stainless steel fittings, stainless steel grounding plate forward, stainless steel skeg protector, spare rudder (choice of training or racing), Dacron tiller lines with Harken turning blocks, Beckson screw in ports in fore and aft bulkheads, black PVC rub rail bolted with stainless steel bolts and nylon insert nuts and club name amidships port and starboard in 3" vinyl lettering.
