Moxie Bald Lean-to has several leaks in the roof. One very bad. Tried best to patch but probably will not hold. Also Beavers have a large portion of the trail under water just south (approx .5 miles) of the Bald Mtn lean-to. Part of it one can get around by using the beaver dam as a bridge, but after that more of the trail (approx 50 yards) is going underwater because of the dam. Not much one can do about the dam, but it looks like the trail can be relocated to higher ground for that 50 yards or so.
