Come celebrate the ground-breaking of the Kennebec River Rail Trail! The 6.5 mile trail will be built along the Kennebec River, from Gardiner to Augusta, Maine. We will gather June 2nd, National Trails Day, at 10:00a.m. in Augusta's Waterfront Park (behind Augusta's downtown). Come rain or shine for the music, food, speeches, bicycle tour and free bicycle safety inspections.
