We have a 250 year old house/studio on the coast of Maine full of so
much that we do not take to shows - we have more yarn, roving,
buttons, needles, kits & LOTS of bargains!
We live on Petit
Manan Peninsula, about 1/2 hour from Ellsworth, 1 hour from Bar
Harbor and 3-4 hours (depending on traffic and how fast you drive!) from Portland. We're on Strawberry Point, 1/4
mile off Pigeon Hill Road, 1/2 mile south of the lobster pound
(lobsters guaranteed to be fresh!) and 2 miles north of Petit Manan
Bird & Wildlife Refuge which has several hiking trails. Just
down the road there's an easy trail to a panoramic view from
the top of Pigeon Hill. Depending when you visit us, we have
strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries. It's
idyllic in the summer and early fall and pretty nice the rest of the
year, too. I came for a two week vacation more than 30 years ago! Please call
