The New Meadows Lake Association was created in 1990 as an informal way of keeping residents around the lake informed on issues concerning the lake and helping to mobilize actions when specific problems arise.  It is a community association for the lake and lake tributaries.  There are no dues and no formal application for membership.  Costs incurred are primarily the newsletter and telephone calls.  These have been covered by voluntary contributions.  The newsletter is currently our formal means of communication.

The purpose of this website is to point out to the community some of the little-known features of this local resource and to provide a method for members to share with each other.   Welcome!
