The September Outreach Offering is for The Next Step. The Next Step is a domestic violence project serving Hancock and Washington counties. Services are offered free to women, children, and men who come forward as victims of intimate partner abuse. Thank you for your support!

The flowers are given today by Valeria Chiri in memory of her grandmother Elena.

The Rev. Canon Bill Livingston, pastor/counselor/spiritual director to coastal clergy and consultant to coast parishes (6 leveled by Hurricane Katrina), and his wife Diane, Camp Director at Camp Coast Care will visit us on Tuesday, September 23 at 7 pm. Anyone interested in our Mission trips to Camp Coast Care in Long Beach, MI should attend this presentation!!

Kennebec River Ride/Men’s Retreat at Living Waters for the men of the parish, September 24-26. 

Hancock County Medical Mission (HCMM), February 7 - 21, 2009: Church of Our Father would like to continue supporting this medical mission to Ecuador. Members of our church have travelled to Ecuador in February of '07 and '08. If you are interested in participating, please contact Wendy Copson-Higgins at (207) 460-7446. Spanish Translators, medical personnel, and helpers are always needed. Scholarships from HCMM are available for youth interested in Medical or Spanish careers.
