For Oct 09 – Oct 24

Homework for science will be reading assignments in the text, assigned exercises from the text, vocabulary word lists, and laboratory reports. It is important that students keep up with the vocabulary and reading assignments. Students should read the text assignments 30 minutes each night, even if they have read the material before. Previous assignments should be reviewed and re-read on a regular basis, especially if there is difficulty with the material. Assignment due dates will be posted in the classroom and will be included on this page. Assignments are due when they are due, and late work will not be accepted. Homework will count as 10% of the final grade. For the vocabulary homework, the words will be posted early in the week and on this web page. Students are to find the definition and then use the word in a sentence. The definitions and sentences will be a regular homework. Allvocabulary may be included on written tests and quizzes.
